Assisted Solid Energy New Zealand in developing bargaining and union strategies, advocacy support and contingency planning for New Zealand’s coal miners multi employer collective agreement. Managed bargaining teams, strategy, advocacy and settlement of multi employer collective bargaining involving 21 separate employers for District Health Board NZ. Developed NZ Cricket’s HR and Health and Safety policies and procedures. Assisted Leighton Contractors Australia with a complex international due diligence process. Assisted University of Canterbury with HR restructuring support. Designed and implemented employee climate surveys for Christchurch and Canterbury Tourism. Worked with new renewable energy companies Natures Flame and Biodiesel NZ to develop HR processes and employment agreements and providing an outsourced HR support function. Designed and delivered training for all managers and supervisors of Downer EDI Engineering across New Zealand and Australia. Successfully recruited managers and executives for a range of New Zealand companies. Provided remuneration reviews and advice to CEOs and Boards on salary and remuneration packages Provided restructuring support and managed redundancies for a range of New Zealand companies. Media and communications management including in-house strategic communications management for New Zealand Cricket, the Department of Conservation and Canterbury District Health Board. |
